Hamish Conway- B.Com, BA, Dip Grad (Accounting) Managing Director After a stint at Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) following university, Hamish has been running his own businesses since 1997. During this time he has owned and operated businesses with 30+ staff, so he understands the pressures business owners face in the day-to-day thrust of business. Along with this experience he also has a particular knack for helping businesses find revenue growth opportunities and in some cases transformational strategies that take businesses from breaking even to making hundreds of thousands of dollars. He is a former Ernst & Young Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner and he is still involved with the Entrepreneur of the Year programme as a member on the Alumni Advisory board with other past winners. |

Sarah Toner Senior Accountant Sarah Toner has an extensive accounting background having worked for 7 years in a medium-tiered Chartered Accounting Firm as well as working for one of the Big 4 firms before travelling overseas to Canada for a year. Sarah recently returned to NZ and brings all her years of knowledge with her to Five+ Accounting. Sarah specialises not only in the preparation of Financial Statements, Tax Returns, GST, PAYE and FBT returns, she is well equipped with the knowledge of setting up and maintaining various accounting packages including MYOB and Xero. Sarah has a proven background of implementing processes to reduce the amount of time it takes to complete a task and is readily equipped with the knowledge to transfer this to your business. Having previously managed a client base of more than 300 which came from many different sectors including Motels and Hotels, Retails Shops, Not for Profits, Rental Properties, Investment Trusts, Freight, Manufacturing and Artists to name a few, Sarah is a dedicated Accountant looking to provide you with remarkable experience. |

Natasha Galuszka Senior Accountant Natasha joined Five+ Accounting with the purchase of Naylor Chartered Accountants. At Naylor’s Natasha worked as an Accountant on a multitude of businesses but especially commercial property and property development. She is also familiar with a wide range of accounting packages and has been proactive in implementing systems for many clients. |

Karen Treur Accounting Technician Karen has transferred over from Goldman & Associates Ltd, where she was involved in the preparation of Financial Statements, Income Tax, GST, PAYE and FBT Returns. She has been working with Allan Goldman for the last 19 years. During that time 12 years were spent with BDO Spicers. Prior to coming to Wellington she also worked in accounting firms in Rotorua and Taumarunui. Karen is part-time and works Tuesday mornings, Thursdays and Fridays. |

She has over 20 years experience in all aspects of the accounts functions in businesses including hospitality, service based business and most recently the building and construction industry. As an accounting technician she is the ideal person to have organise our client’s accounts systems to make their life easier. She is qualified in implementing Xero accounts package and knows MYOB, Cashbook and other accounting programmes.
